Leaves my face feeling hydrated, cool, and refreshing. Notice my dry patches were not visible when my makeup is on, which is great. I give it a four out of 5 because it's kinda hard getting it out of the bottle. It comes out like the old ketchup bottle style it's either not enough or to much. Overall great product packaging ehh.
