Bought it for my friend. The cotton pads are soaked well and through. I still prefer to put my toner on using patting though rather than using a cotton pad. These are convenient if you prefer with a pad.

I use this when I feel like my skin is irritated and in need of a soothing product. This is an easy glide on your face with a pad soaked in the green hero solution. It does calm down the redness on my face, however, I would add additional soothing products to help aid the skin irritation.
