This gives a velvet feeling. But it feels so heavy on my skin and yet not hydrating. It looks oily after I put it on. I don’t like it at all.

I apply this every morning after my toner and before my makeup. I love this. Leaves my skin dewy and glowing with all the hydration. Looks like vaseline but smells like heaven!
