I bought this out of curiosity and it turns out better than what i expected. I don't know why they called it "toner to cream" when in reality it's "cream to toner". The texture is creamy (really really light) that melts into tiny droplets once you rub it with your hand. It's really hydrating and absorbs really well. It smells refreshing since there's citrus oil in it. Recommended for those who doesn't have enough time to do their routine especially in the morning

I'm a little on the fence about this product. The product is named "water to cream" but it's actually more like cream to water, as it starts out as a creamy consistency but becomes watery when you rub it between your hands or on your skin. The scent is nice and not too strong, though I question the necessity of adding the essential oil at all. For someone that doesn't have the time or patience to do many steps in their routine, this can a multitasking product depending on how many layers you use
