There are sooo many pads in there! They are soaked in the liquid so I know they will never dry out like so many others that I have purchased. I love how one side is smooth and the other has bubble dots. I can feel just a tiny tingle when wiping, but it immediately goes away.

Its a vey convenient way to use a toner. The rougher part for gently exfoliate the skin. I cut the pad in half to make the product lasts longer. Its finished now.

I love these toner pads because they are so easy to use. I use them in the morning before the vita c serum. my skin looks so bright and even just after a week of using them.
