2 ml is enough to divide into AM and PM. The consistency is of a serum, it absorbs well with no irritation at all and definitely plumps and firms the skin with its range of 9 peptides and 85.3 % propolis which is soothing. I micro needle my face at a minimal debth once a week, every fourth week I do a deep micro needling session.
