The reason why I bought the toner was that it was on sale! but I'm glad I did. It's a very moisturising toner. it's an interesting toner because it foams up. When using this toner, it gives a tingling effect because of the bubble popping. I quite enjoy it. Would recommend this product to people who have dry skin or wants to try something new and interesting. Will definitely be ordering more in the future!
