Ok, the whole "Don't Judge A Book By It's Cover" lesson, has been learned HARD! I've seen this product recommended by my favorite YouTuber 100+ times, it's one of her HG toners. But when looking the product up I admit, I unfairly judged both the look of the bottle and the low price point, assuming that it must be cheap for a reason, but I have never been so wrong! Because of the dryer, colder weather, I started having a flair of perioral dermatitis, which means cutting all actives and strengthening my moisture barrier. I finally bought this because of the high Panthenol content, peptides, fermented ingd. & minimal but good ingd. Once I finally used it for the first time, I swear I heard a choir of angels sing "Hallelujah"! Lol Really though, it felt Amazing! 2-4 layers & my dry skin is hydrated, plump, moisturized & feels great the whole day/night! Now I am so glad for the low price as I will Never be without this, & w/ the new design I hope no one will make my judgy mistake again!

I bought this item due to rave reviews. I liked the toner. Consistency of the toner has a bit of slip but not too viscous. I use this by soaking into my cotton pads for a quick 5 mins pack on my face and it does help with brightening dullness of your complexion. I recommend for the good price this is always at. This product was a good introduction for me to try out other products from the same brand.
