Can’t seem to get rid of this toner because it’s so hydrating and B5 repairing. This is my 3rd bottle and I will continue to buy more. It’s a staple in my routine.

A typical toner that a lil bit thick with a consistency that can still be runny (watery) with an aroma like soaked oats. It feels moist on the skin. It tends to be good to use when the skin is having problems such as acne or tiny bumps because in addition to being moist, it can also help soothe too. This toner is a typical toner which is nice to use directly without the help of a cotton, so you can use it directly with the palm of your hand (if you use cotton, it makes usage less comfortable because it doesn't seem to absorb into the skin. instead it absorbs into the cotton)

This is a toner I would recommend for anyone who struggle with dehydrated skin. In fact either you have dry skin type or even oily combination just like me, you need to maintain your skin hydration. With vitamin b5 (panthenol) and peptide as their key ingredients, this product will provide long-lasting hydration. The texture is a bit viscous, indeed need some time to absorb, but I enjoy the play time. I can feel my skin is very moist after use and I use this in the step after washing my face. Also this product an alcohol free, fragrance free, and low pH toner that instanly quenches dehydrated skin. I think this is gentle enough for sensitive skin as well.
