It’s worth nothing that this toner is free of essential oils, alcohol, and fragrances.
This is a very lightweight and hydrating toner. I’m really loving this as a pH balancing skin-quencher step to my routine. It’s very watery, but still somewhat thicker than water. Such a refreshing toner that makes for a great morning hydration boost.

It blends well with other products. This toner is fantastic. I was afraid it would be sticky and thick, but it is the total opposite. It's a little thicker than water but absorbs well. There is no greasiness, and the skin was feeling nourished and glowing. This toner is ideal for my dry-skinned people

The toner packaging is made of plastic so it is travel friendly. The texture is lightweight and absorbs easily, there is no fragrance in it. Formulated with pro vitamin B5 and NMF, instantly boosts my skin's moisture. Beside that, the ingredients are peptide and betaine that restore skin barrier and hydrolyzed fish collagen that can increase skin hydration. After using this, my skin feels hydrated and restores the pH of the face. I love layer this toner to get more moisture.
