With the main content of panthenol 10,000 PM as anti-inflammatory, moisturizing the skin, healing wounds and even safe for sensitive skin.
This toner has a light texture which is very light on the skin, so usually I can use 3 to 5 layers~ I can make double toner and CSM too, and the fragrance is almost non-existent.
On my skin this toner is quite moisturizing, although it's not too overwhelming!
The contents are quite a lot of 180ml with a 6 month PAO, in my opinion it might run out quickly because it is one of the most convenient toners and I use a lot of it once.

The texture of the product is a little sticky but when it dries it leaves a nice shine on the skin and it is not sticky, I felt the hydration

This toner has a simple packaging, it comes with a clear bottle. The hole in the bottle fits perfectly, so it's not too much when you want to pour the toner. The star ingredients of this product are Panthenol, Betaine, Peptides. It claims to balance skin’s pH level and deliver moisture to soften the skin, not only for a better absorption, but also for enhancing the damaged skin barrier.
I like the texture, its watery, lightweight, has no scent, no sticky, it also can absorb quickly. I feel this toner so good in hydrating (1 layer is enough for my oily skin), it can also prepare my skin to better absorb for next skincare steps. So, the conclusion is I love this toner so much, because it makes my skin look well hydrates, and I didn’t see any bad result in it~◝(⑅•ᴗ•⑅)◜..°♡

The toner has key ingredients of Panthenol, Betaine, and Fish Collagen. The liquid is very hydrating for my combination skin so I only need 1 layer, extra attention to my smile lines bc that's where I feel tightness the most. Extra point for the plastic bottle and 180 ml in it! Takes a little more time to absorb to the skin than my other toners but not too long
