I love using a mascara remover before using a lip&eye remover. It makes getting rid of water proof mascara so much easier and I don't need to rub my eyes as hard with a cotton pad

I used this last night to remove mascara and it worked great, however i have to try it with waterproof mascara to really put it to the test. Will post an update once i do !!
