It is more viscous than the typical toner. Not really ideal for using on a cotton pad, but on the plus side it is very moisturizing (probably because of the aloe).

This is my second one already. I like that it comes in quite a large bottle. I will sometimes use this with a cotton pad, depends on what kind of finish I would want to have for my skin.
