Very natural |
Moa...@ |
After using this liquid blush for the first time I immediately bought two more to stock up! It blends so well and looks very natural. It's very much buildable using thin layers over each other. It's not as coral or bright pink as it looks in the photos on the website, but I found a more pink/white base cream blush to put underneath to really make it pop. It has a Dewey finish with an applicator that looks like a nail polish brush which is interesting, but I like it better than a pump because it makes it easier to put whatever amount that you want

Natural soft color |

I'm so truly in love with this liquid blush! The nail polish-like applicator is an interesting choice but seems to work well. When I apply the blush to my cheek bone area, I make a couple of dots and wait about 5 minutes before blending, because at first it's a little too thin/watery for me to blend the most effectively. After the 5 minutes, I use my soft jelly/silicone tipped cheek blender (like the ones used for blending lip colors but a bit larger). I tap it in a circular spiral motion, going from the dots of blush and outward so that it blends around my cheekbone or the "apple" of my upper cheek. I can then blend the color out to whatever direction I prefer for a particular look. I've never tried a liquid blush that had this perfect natural color that isn't as intense as the American made liquid blushes that I've tried. The color is definitely buildable to whatever amount of pigment you want. I believe I tried the cherry blossom version and it's perfect!
