For red color especially, i think its better to make it less dry for the texture because its hard to blend. I love trying out red blush and so far the best one i have tried is the one from canmake lip & cheek gel. That one looks so nice and quite natural on the skin because its so easy to blend. Pigment wise, 3ce one is more pigmented.
