Overall I find this formula a bit drier than the 3CE and Peripera Airy Velvet colors. I enjoy the color but I don't think I'd purchase it again with my dry lips.

I got one for me and my friend and I love getting matte ink tints. I don't really like lipstick applications but love using these as it's easy to use and doesn't make my lips look dry.
