Absolutely love this toner! It's a saviour on a breakout day! When I have breakouts, I use this toner as a sheet mask by applying it on the face with thin cotton pads at night - overnight the breakouts very much diminish and redness is reduced. Have tried the analogous toners from other brands, but this one is the best in its effect on my skin. Also, it brightens the skin over time. Love it!
