This is not irritating for my eczematic skin. It does have a very strong fragrance, like peppery, or old man cologne, which can be off-putting. I don't mind it because it makes my skin soft, moisturized, and looks brighter/healthier the next morning. If it does bother you, you can put a moisturizer on with fragrance, I used the Illiyoon Probiotics Skin Barrier Cica Balm 50ml. That balm has a nice smell to it and masks the Rovectin oil's fragrance. All in all, I like this oil for the benefits
