#13 retro punk is a green-brown duochrome glitter shadow. the glitter is very fine and smooth, almost like a normal shimmer eyeshadow but it really shines in direct light. it's not strongly pigmented but it can be built up. there is some minor fallout without eye primer, but for the price they are excellent for a subtle glittery glam look

I love this eyeshadow! It has very subtle duo chrome. It’s very unique. I like using it with a wet brush as this technique allows the shadow to have a strong color payoff.
