A lot of Youtubers recommended this so I bought it. Unfortunately whenever I use it under my foundation as a base I would notice that 2 hrs into wearing it that it gives me an oily white streak that almost replicates a bad application of highlighter. I had to stop wearing as it made me look like a ghost with bad oily highlighter and I'm not oily.
