Easy to use! This has been part of my daily routine and it was amazing! I bought 2 of 'em, one for my partner and he loves it. He said that it really helps with his dry skin around his eyes. I've been using Innisfree brands since May 2019 and can say that this Korean skin care brand helped my skin a lot!

I like it. There seems to be no sharp edges on the rollerball. It feels so good on my eye. But the one I received seems to be loose compared to an old one I had. The cap is loose and doesn't close well. and the applicator itself is loose. I think it may fall out soon.
