This is pump and roller ball packaging. There is a light scent that quickly goes away upon application. Very cooling. I love this already. I wish more products had this packaging. There are a lot of silicones in the ingredients list.

Love this roller ball |

I wasn't as worried about brightening for my undereye bags. I got this product mostly for the roller ball and for soothing that area when I felt really tired. This works great and you can control how much product by clicking it to release. The scent of Green Tea is not a strong or familiar one. It just smells a bit earthy, which is fine by me. I actually don't even smell it when applying. I'm putting this in the fridge to truly get that cooling effect! I will say, it's a lot smaller than I expected. Everywhere else it's $20 so I'm glad I got a deal here for it.

I can’t say that I feel any difference in by skin or anything but it feels really nice when I apply this under my eyes. It feels really cool
