Gentle, Powerful Toner |

One of my favorite toners. I like to use this toner in the summer or whenever my skin is feeling congested or I’m dealing with acne. It soothes irritated skin, but gently exfoliates at the same time. It has a a viscous texture so I like to apply it with my hands and pat it into my face, but if I want a little extra exfoliation, I’ll apply with a cotton pad. I will continue to repurchase this product.
