Both are easy to use. However the mist I something I would recommend for summer or if you live in a warmer climate. The cream you can use the whole year because it supplies enough.

The cream is feels nice on the skin and sinks in nicely, depending on how much I use. Using too much of the cream leaves a film on the skin. I like the texture of this cream. I really like the mist! It sprays a fine mist, definitely hydrating.
