This toner consistency is not that watery, it’s sticky thicker than normal toner. It’s really hydrating & if I only can choose one product out of all pyunkang yul line, definitely will be this toner!

I ordered this because I needed a moisturizing toner. First of all, I love the packaging and the aesthetic of the bottle. The product itself is very nice and makes my skin glowy. It works well on my sensitive and acne-prone skin.
