Great but Scent Is A little Too Strong |

It took off my makeup very well, especially since I wear heavy eye makeup. However, it has a citrusy scent to it that kind of throws me off because it is a little too strong for my liking.

Does it’s job, is gentle. But needs some patience to remove heavy eye makeup. Cleansing balm may be better for heavy eye makeup. But this cleansing water is good for everything else
