This is a water-type mask, which is lighter than the essence-types. There wasn’t any strong fragrance, but it does have a light ‘essence’ scent that probably won’t bother most people. The packaging is lovely, the sheet mask itself, not so much – I have a pretty small face, but I still had to stretch the mask to get the holes to fit my features. Someone mentioned on my previous post that these new masks are more environmentally-friendly, which is great! If only! It was more! Face! Friendly!
I left it on for an hour (I know, I know, instructions say 10-20 minutes, but I’ve had good results leaving it on for an hour as for me it’s a nice balance: enough skin-sucky time and the mask not drying out). I wasn’t as impressed with this as the cucumber, but nevertheless it did a good job of hydrating and brightening my skin. I didn’t experience any irritation, and my complexion seemed subtly smoother the next morning. Will I repurchase? Possibly.
