The colors are pretty neutral and great for everyday wear but wouldn't say it's my favorite palette. I don't really use the brush, chalk it up to great marketing because the application using that brush wasn't the same as the 16 brand videos I've been perusing on instagram. I apply the colors using a separate eyeshadow brush. Nice to have while traveling because the palette is so small.
