I love these things. I don't get large break outs often, but when I get that one random cystic spot from eating dairy or being hormonal, I can stick one of these one and the spot is significantly reduced or totally gone over night. Because of the need to wear a face mask recently, too, I've been dealing with getting larger, painful spots on mu nose bridge where the wire of my mask sits, or on my chin where the mask rubs. These things are my saving grace. I am an esthetician and have even used these on ingrown hair spots that are swollen and uncomfortable. Works like a charm!!
