I use these patches so often it is crazy! I have been battling some adult hormonal acne since entering my 30’s. These patches have been a life saver for some really nasty/painful cysts. I usually put them on right after cleansing my face and making sure I am super dry. If you have a zit that is on the surface, these work best if you have an acne kit and poke the head to allow the product to draw out the infection and begin healing your skin. These will never pull out infection if you have a closed area, but they do help conceal and lower inflammation. I have read a lot of comments with people saying these come off easy, or don’t do anything... but if you make sure your skin is dry and allow a few minutes for the patch to stick to your skin before toning and moisturizing... they won’t budge... also, make sure you are patting products gently on your face... not rubbing.. and remember, if the zit is coming to a head.. poke it carefully to allow the patch to work!!
