these are my all time fav pimple patches and I have 2-3 sets on me at a time. I've found they definitely work better on open pimples (I am guilty of picking my acne) and suck so much gunk out. also, if you have a problem with them sticking, I usually wipe the area with some alcohol or water and wait for it to dry for a quick stick.
