This dual toning lotion it's a great combo, it's incredible hydrating and moisturizing, my skin feels plump and smooth. I have combo oily skin and alone he can keep me hydrated without a moisturizer. This formula it's simple and effective and I didn't have any bad reaction. It's quite watery and absorbs fast.

This is a very layerable and light weight toner like lotion, and the simple ingredients list looks like it would be worth a try for people with sensitive skin :)
