It glides on the lips perfectly and the color is unique! I’ve said this many times and I’ll say it again, 3CE velvet tints are HG products of every K-makeup fan.

It’s not pigmented. So you have to apply several layers to achieve that color. I would repurchase the lippie line but not this color.

I’ve always raved 3CE lippies to friends because it never disappoint me. This is my go-to muted red color. It’s not bold, it’s also not subtle; just the perfect friendly red color. Would definitely repurchase!
