I use these when I want that cooling and soothing effect underneath my eyes. I got this in hopes that it'll help lighten my dark circles, keep it hydrated, and decrease puffiness. However, my dark circle have remained the same and the puffiness is still there.

tum...@ Bought this in hopes of momentarily lighting my dark circles or improving the undereye area in general. It's soothing, but I have yet to see any other effects yet.

Star5 qty moisturizing and brightening
tua...@ I put it on at night before going to sleep for about 20 mins and it makes my skin soft, moisturizing to the touch. It seems to brighten my skin too but the brightening affect does not last long.
