The mask is very tight on the face, I think that is why your face looks smaller after wearing it for an hour. Only keeps your chin V-line a couple hours after using it.

Wouldnt recommend this, it gave me a headache since it was pulling on my ears. Stretches out after 1 use. Isnt worth the trouble.
