When I apply the toner on the cotton puff it drips down my hand because it cannot absorb much! You have to be careful when using it. But it saves a lot of your toner and when applying the cotton puff with the absorbed toner it feels as if you have a lot of toner on your face! Package itself is not very practical for me. I always plug to many cottons out of the package because the cotton puffs are too thin and overloaded which makes it hard to pull out one single puff.
