This is my first time using a pimple patch. The patches are very small and just one patch isn't enough to cover my cystic acne, however they do fit over regular small pimples. Comfort-wise it was a bit like wearing a piece of tape on my face, I could feel it there and after a few hours I had to take it off because it was starting to bother me. The next day I did notice that the pimple was a lot flatter and almost healed, and 2 days later the pimple was barely noticeable so it does work great and speeds up healing of acne. I would definitely recommend it if you only have occasional pimples.
