eug...@	This concealer has the consistency of a more liquid concealer You can tell it was formulated with a ton of pigmentation which makes this such a great high coverage, buildable concealer. I am a fan of the shade 21 because it is one shade lighter. It brightens you up however does not get rid of black bags under your eyes.

	Very matte
qma...@	It is a good concealer, it can hide blemish really well.. But it is super matte that it tents to be cakey under eye area, so i dont use it for under eye, i used it to cover my blemishes..
