It is hydrating, I used all the product already and it surely made my skin more plump but nothing more than that. It has a strong fragrance so I dont recomend it for sensible skin.

Love this toner. It is so refreshing and lovely to use on my skin. The flower petals in the product is cool and honestly took them out and lay it all over my skin. An amazing product.
