This is the type of pad you soak and leave on your skin for a mini mask. A little bit of toner goes a long way and stays saturated well! These hands are so soft

Very thin cotton pads |

These are great cotton pads for soaking in leftover serum from other products and using as a mask. But it's too thin to use as regular cotton pads.
