My 2nd eye primer after the Urban Decay's eye primer potion which this is much more affordable. It is a white liquid, has a sweet floral scent and feels a bit sticky but it does its job to hold my eyeshadow longer.

So good! I love the stickiness of this "primer" as it makes the glitter flakes stick on perfectly. would buy again!
