It is slightly viscous, soaks into the skin quickly, and leaves my skin feeling refreshed. It does not leave a sticky residue and does not make my face feel dry or tight. I love that it has no smell. I put 4 drops on the PKY 1/3 cotton pads and that's enough for my whole face

The toner absorbs into skin quickly and hydrating. Thus, skin becomes smoother. I like to apply this a few layers to give a good hydration before serum and moisturizer.
