	Hydrating & Non-irritative
rac...@	It's a nice toner that hydrates wells and doesn't irritate my sensitive, flaky skin. While I did not see any special effect from it, it is a good toner to use if you are looking for hydration with natural ingredients. It's either non-scented or very little since it didn't really smelled of anything.
