The mask is made of real kelp. It contains 2 pieces for the forehead - eyes and blush - chin areas. Nice to try but be careful with the skin around your eyes. It caused irritation to me. Other regions on my face and neck are ok with the mask lotion.

The Mask itself is actually made out of kelp or it at least look like it is and it really smells like Raw Kelp which I did not like. This mask did not agree with my skin because I ended having a burning red face within seconds so I immediately took it off and had to rinse my face with cold water and apply a Aloe Mask to sooth the burning feeling.

I knew the mask was made of kelp but I still couldn't help but be surprised by it. Was great buy during the sale but also glad I only got two because the novelty wears off. The scent was a bit wierd too.

So these were on clearance and I could not resist! They were made of actual sheets of kelp! The sheets adhered very well and fit better than most sheet masks. My skin felt so soft after they were removed. However, unlike sheet masks where you pat the remaining essence into your skin, I did rinse this off since the kelp juices are green/ yellow. It was fun. I did not mind the kelp smell at all.
