I ordered this product thinking it was Toner ( It's called True Water Deep Toner?) But when I used a cotton ball to apply it like toner, it didn't feel like toner. U.S. product toners are more aggressive in which you can feel a slight burn but it does its job by removing leftover impurities after face wash. This Toner is so MILD, I thought it was an Essence. Still confused if I like it or not because it just feels like applying Essence.
