A Decent Toner |

This toner is decent. I bought it during a sale and the product is close to expiring, and because I have sensitive skin I didn't want to use it on my face, so I ended up using it on my arms and legs. Works nicely and adds hydration to my skin during winter months.

This is one of my top favourite toner. It’s so hydrating and I love the texture. It’s seem viscous but it absorbs so quickly and leave no stickiness. My skin feel so plump and hydrated. Love it. Definitely will repurchase.
