This toner has a nice gel type consistency but doesn't provide enough lasting hydration. I think it may be most suitable for those with combo-dry or oil skin types that get dry in colder months.

I like this toner and I adore the packaging (airless pump) which helps you get all the product and the toner itself is hydrating and gives my skin a good amount of glow with just one application. I think this would be suitable for all skin types.
