Onl...@	I am not surprised at how great this duo eyeshadow is. I am not surprised because this is 3CE. For those who do not know about 3CE, it is a beauty brand that sells top quality make up, and other beauty products. If your skin tone is on the darker side of the scale I wouldn’t worry too much because I believe this will work for you. Because of how pigmented these eyeshadows are.

joy...@	I really like 3ce products. this one is no different. its shimmer is so sleek not powdery if you know what i meant. some shimmers comes out metallic. 3CE eye shadows (new ones) are very nicely formulated. suitable for everyday use as it is not heavy and the colour is definitely buildable. the packaging is so cute as well!
