Bought this as part of a two step cleansing process but also as a toner. It was ok. I didn't particular find anything that stood out about it or have any complaints. It did the job I guess.

I usually use this after using a facial cleansing tissue. It's a nice cleanup followup to get the leftover makeup residue off. I still wash my face afterwards with facewash and water. But this item helps remove most of the makeup residue before my deep clean face washing step.

For those who want to get their hands on affordable and effective cleansing water, this is a must try. This products removes my makeup and oil. Didn’t break me out. Cons: this won’t remove any waterproof makeup.

I love cleansing water. This bottle is a good price for this size. It will last a long time. The green tea elements also help my skin and it smells good. It also does well to clean up my light makeup.
