mir...@	it's a good moisturizing toner. it's not too watery and it's more milky and emulsion-y? I don't really like the scent but it doesn't bother me too much

luc...@	I really like this toner. I don't think it is very whitening, but i'm already very pale so maybe that's why. It is super moisturizing though!
